Congratulations!

You’ve been approved and are ready to begin your onboarding with Viori. Please contact your Viori representative to get started. Your onboarding process is designed to set you up for success. Below is a step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth start:

Step 1: Confirm Application Completion

Before scheduling onboarding:

Verify that the application has been completed and approved.
If the application is incomplete:
- Send the application to the professional or assist them in completing it here: Viori Application Form.
Once the application is complete and approved, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Set Up the PRO50 Code

The PRO50 code allows professionals to purchase products at regular wholesale prices for use in their studio or room. This code is restricted to professionals only and works exclusively with the email and password connected to their Shopify account. This restriction ensures security and prevents code sharing.

How Professionals Use the PRO50 Code

Visit the kiosk or Viori.com.
Select the products to purchase.
At checkout:
- Log in using the email and password linked to the professional’s Shopify account.
- Apply the PRO50 discount code.
The code will only work if the professional’s email is registered in Shopify.

Steps to Verify and Set Up the PRO50 Code

Verify the Professional’s Email in Shopify:
- Navigate to Shopify > Customers.
- Search for the professional’s email address.
- If the email exists, proceed.
- If not, add the customer:
  - Click Add Customer (top right).
  - Enter their name and email address.
  - In the Tags section, enter Professional Wholesaler.
  - Click Save.
Add the Professional to the PRO50 Discount Code:
- Go to Shopify > Discounts.
- Search for PRO50.
- Select the code.
- In the Specific Customers section, add the professional’s email.
- Click Save.
Test the PRO50 Code:
- Visit the kiosk or Viori’s online store.
- Add a product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter the professional’s email and apply the PRO50 code.
- Confirm the discount applies correctly.
- If issues arise, contact support for assistance.

Step 3: Set Up the Regular Shopify Collabs Code (Required)

The Regular Shopify Collabs Code enables professionals to earn a 50% commission on purchases made using their unique code. This code does not require inventory management.

Steps to Set Up the Regular Collabs Code

Log into Shopify:
- Navigate to Collabs in the left-hand menu.
- Click Recruiting and select Invite By Email (top right).
Set Up the Regular Code:
- Tier: Select Regular Commission Code: Beauty Professionals.
- Gift: Leave blank.
- Email Address: Enter the professional’s email address.
- Affiliate Code: Use the professional’s first name (e.g., BRYCE). If unavailable, append part of their last name (e.g., BRYCEF).
Send the Invite:
- Agree to terms and click Send Invite.
Test the Regular Shopify Collabs Code on the Kiosk:
- Add a product to the cart at the kiosk or online checkout.
- Apply the professional’s Regular Shopify Collabs Code.
- Confirm that the 50% commission structure is applied correctly.
- If any issues arise, contact support for assistance.
Remind the Professional to Set Up Their Bank Account:
To ensure timely payouts, the professional must set up their banking information in Shopify Collabs:
- Log in to the Shopify Collabs Dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Payment Information.
- Add banking details (including account and routing numbers).
- Save changes to activate payout processing.
- Remind them that without this step, commissions cannot be paid.

Step 4: Set Up the Deals Shopify Collabs Code (Optional)

The Deals Code allows professionals to offer clients a 15% discount while earning a 40% commission.

Steps to Set Up the Deals Code

Log into Shopify:
- Navigate to Collabs > Recruiting > Invite By Email.
Set Up the Deals Code:
- Tier: Select Deals Commission Code.
- Gift: Leave blank.
- Email Address: Use a different email from the Regular Code.
- Affiliate Code: Append DEALS to the Regular Code (e.g., BRYCEDEALS).
- Default Discount: Set to 15% for clients.
- Commission: Set to 40% for the professional.
Send the Invite:
- Update the invite details to reflect:
  - 15% Discount (default).
  - 40% Commission.
- Agree to terms and send the invite.
Test the Deals Shopify Collabs Code on the Kiosk:
- Add a product to the cart at the kiosk or online checkout.
- Apply the professional’s Deals Code.
- Confirm that the 15% discount for clients and 40% commission for the professional are applied correctly.
- If any issues arise, contact support for assistance.
Remind the Professional to Set Up Their Bank Account:
To ensure payouts for commissions earned using the Deals Code, professionals must add their banking information:
- Log in to the Shopify Collabs Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Payment Information.
- Enter banking details (including account and routing numbers).
- Save changes to activate payouts.
- Remind them that commissions will not be processed until banking details are added.

Step 5: Send the "All Things Viori" Email

Send the professional a welcome email containing all relevant onboarding details.

Email Template:

Subject: Welcome to the Viori Family!

Body:
We’re thrilled to have you join the Viori Professional Wholesale Program! Below are your resources and codes to get started:

PRO50 Code: [Email] – 50% OFF Viori products in-store or online.
Regular Shopify Collabs Code: [Email] – 0% discount, 50% commission.
Deals Shopify Collabs Code: [Email] – 15% discount, 40% commission.

Step 6: Review the Security Policy

To ensure the success and integrity of the program, all professionals must understand and follow Viori’s security measures.

Key Highlights:

Security Cameras: Retail rooms are monitored in real-time to detect and report suspicious activity.
Daily Inventory Counts: Discrepancies trigger reviews of camera footage to address potential theft.
Accountability: Confirmed theft results in deductions from Viori staff commissions.

How You Can Contribute:

Respect inventory policies—do not remove inventory without purchasing it.
Educate clients that inventory must be paid for before leaving.
Report suspicious activity immediately.

Step 7: Review the Program Terms

Understanding the Viori Wholesale Program Terms is crucial for maintaining a successful partnership.

Key Highlights:

Authorization & Sales: Cannot sell online or on Amazon. Sell only in the U.S. to end-user consumers through approved locations. Third-party marketplaces and PPC marketing are prohibited without written approval.
Product Handling: Store products properly and sell only in original packaging.
Intellectual Property: Use only Viori-approved materials and branding.
Confidentiality: Keep all Viori business information confidential.
Non-Competition: Do not sell or develop competing products during or one year after this agreement (where legally enforceable).
Legal Compliance: Operate ethically and follow applicable laws.

Acknowledgment:
Review the full Program Terms Article in the Professional Resource Center and confirm your agreement with your Viori representative.

Step 8: Complete Initial Training

Training ensures professionals are equipped to succeed with Viori. You can get started with your training by going to the Getting Started Guide.

Steps:

Schedule Training: Coordinate with your Viori representative for a guided session.
Training Content: Covers product usage, selling techniques, troubleshooting, and Shopify Collabs features.
Completion Confirmation: Receive acknowledgment of training completion from your representative.

Step 9: Spa Discount Coupons

Viori has created spa coupon cards. We have a Free coupon, 50% OFF, and a 20% OFF coupon. On the back of these coupon cards, it is important that you fill out all the information:

Customer's Name
Your Regular Shopify Discount Code (you cannot stack or use any other discount codes or your Shopify deals code with this coupon.)
The issue date (Remember this coupon is only good for 30 days after issue.)
Your signature

Once you are successfully onboarded, every professional is given:

3 × 50% OFF cards
5 × 20% OFF cards

Professionals will have unlimited access to the 20% OFF discount codes, so when you run out, find your Viori representative and they will give you more.

Sales Rewards for Discount Codes:

If you hit $500 or more in monthly sales, you will be given 3 additional 50% OFF discount codes for each month you exceed $500 in sales.
If you hit $1000 or more in monthly sales, you will be given 1 Free spa discount card each month you hit this tier.

Step 10: Viori Spa Gift Cards

Viori has Spa Gift Cards available for sale.

These can be purchased by you with your PRO50 code, or your client can purchase them directly from us.
If you want your client to get a discount on the gift card, you can give them one of your Viori coupon cards, and we will apply your commission code to their gift card purchase.
