Returns & Exchanges
At Viori, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return process through our Viori representatives to ensure your experience is hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required.
Return Process:
Contact Your Viori Representative:
All returns and exchanges must be processed through your assigned Viori representative.
Reach out directly via Slack, email, or phone to begin the return process.
Product Inspection:
The Viori representative will review the condition of the product to confirm eligibility.
Approved returns will be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by the representative.
Return Drop-Off or Shipping:
Eligible products may be returned to your designated Viori salon suite warehouse/retail store for processing.
Alternatively, your Viori representative can assist with shipping instructions if an in-person drop-off is not possible.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of return approval.
Exchanges will be processed immediately upon receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact your Viori representative within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Clearance or final sale items.
Custom or special-order products.
