Before starting, ensure the professional’s application has been completed and approved before proceeding.

1. Setting Up the PRO50 Code (Shopify Discount Code)

The PRO50 code allows professionals to purchase products at a 50% discount through Viori Retail Shop kiosks or Viori.com. This is not a Shopify Collabs code but a standard Shopify discount code.

Steps to Set Up the PRO50 Code in Shopify:

1. Verify the Professional’s Email in Shopify:

   • Go to Shopify > Customers.
   • Use the search bar to locate the professional’s email address.
   • If the email exists, proceed to the next step.
   • If the email does not exist:
     • Click Add Customer (top right).
     • Add the professional’s name and email address.
     • In the Tags section (right-hand side), enter Professional Wholesaler.
     • Click Save at the top.

2. Add the Professional to the PRO50 Discount Code:

   • Navigate to Shopify > Discounts.
   • Search for PRO50 using the search bar or hourglass icon.
   • Select the PRO50 code.
   • Scroll to the Specific Customers section.
   • In the Search Customer field, enter the professional’s email address and select their profile.
   • Click Save at the top.

3. Test the PRO50 Code:

   • Visit the kiosk or the Viori.com checkout.
   • Scan a product and proceed to checkout.
   • Enter the professional’s email address and apply the PRO50 code.
   • Confirm the discount applies correctly.
   • If any issues arise, contact support for assistance.

2. Setting Up the Regular Shopify Collabs Code (Required)

The Regular Shopify Collabs Code allows professionals to earn a 50% commission on purchases made using their unique code. This code does not require the professional to carry inventory.

Steps for Viori Representatives to Set Up the Regular Shopify Collabs Code:

1. Log into Shopify:

   • Navigate to Collabs in the left-hand menu.
   • Click Recruiting under Collabs.
   • Select Invite By Email (top right).

2. Set Up the Regular Code:

   • Tier: Select Regular Commission Code: Beauty Professionals.
   • Gift: No selection required.
   • Email Address: Enter the professional’s email address.
   • Affiliate Code:
     • Start with the professional’s first name (e.g., BRYCE).
     • If unavailable, add letters from their last name (e.g., BRYCEF).
     • Accommodate custom requests if needed.

3. Finalize and Send the Invite:

   • Agree to the terms.
   • Click Send Invite.

4. Important for Professionals:

   • Access the Shopify Collabs Dashboard using this link: Shopify Collabs Dashboard.
   • Record login information (email and password used for account creation).
   • Add payment information (banking details) to ensure timely payouts.

3. Setting Up the Deals Shopify Collabs Code (Optional)

The Deals Code allows professionals to offer their clients a discount (default: 15%) while earning a 40% commission. This code is optional, and separate email addresses and accounts must be set up for the Regular and Deals Codes.

Steps for Viori Representatives to Set Up the Deals Shopify Collabs Code:

1. Log into Shopify:

   • Navigate to Collabs in the left-hand menu.
   • Click Recruiting under Collabs.
   • Select Invite By Email (top right).

2. Set Up the Deals Code:

   • Tier: Select Deals Commission Code.
   • Gift: No selection required.
   • Email Address: Enter a separate email address from the one used for the Regular Code.
   • Affiliate Code:
     • Add "DEALS" to the Regular Code (e.g., BRYCEDEALS).
   • Default Discount: Set as 15% for clients.
   • Commission: Set as 40% for the professional.

3. Finalize and Send the Invite:

   • Agree to the terms.
   • Click Send Invite.

4. Important for Professionals:

   • Ensure separate email addresses and accounts are created for the Regular and Deals Codes.
   • Access the Shopify Collabs Dashboard using this link: Shopify Collabs Dashboard.
   • Record login information for both accounts.
   • Add payment information (banking details) for both accounts.

Promotion Adjustments for the Deals Code

During promotions (e.g., Mother’s Day, Black Friday):

• The Deals Code will match public discounts on Viori’s website.
• Commission rates may adjust based on the promotion, with clear communication provided about any changes.
